Thaxted Road, Saffron Walden. 3 new dwellings on old bowling green site. A mixture of maintenance free ‘hardi-plank’ boarding and soft red brick breaks up the elevation. On site parking with turning space had to be overcome resulting in a cantilevered first floor over chamfered corners.
